Brought a TF2 server and there is no game pannel login it says 10 mins till server up and running 2 hours later and ive still go no game pannel login .. im thinking that this was a bad move!! and to top all the support ticket system dont work.. have i been ripped off or what ?

servers broke!! and support is not replying or helping! does anyone actually come here?? seems a bit dead!
